1] Sorry Ian, no "shock" anywhere except in regards to your posts.

2] You call $3.00 to $1.50 a "plummet" for a small-cap Internet company? What about the rise from .50 to $3.00? Your choice of words when giving your opinion is a dead give away that you have an interest in VNE price falling.

3] Once again, you have no questions. Do you seriously expect a reply to "management is ripping off shareholders" and other wild accusations?

4] You mean VNE's situation can actually be worse than YOUR expectations? You've opined that VNE will go bankrupt, so how can it get any worse? Perhaps, if VNE is the catalyst to a Y2K meltdown, VNE can be "worse than YOU suspected" but anything short of that is in line with all your doomsday commentary.

5] Does VNE have any full time employees other than David Lucatch? No, Ian. David Lucatch conceptualized, negotiated and executed the eMerge alliance single handedly.

He also set up the Web This Week program, reviews all the web sites, negotiates all the advertising and maintains the web site.

The same can be said for World Vacationer and Entertainment today.

Then you wonder why none of your questions are taken seriously.

Good Day
