I must admit that I have diversified more in the last week....

I love DELL but I should not fall in love with the stock -- LoD made some interesting comments about this recently.

DELL is still my largest position but I sold some DELL last week in the mid 40s....I wanted to invest more heavily in the internet sector. DELL is my highest market cap. stock...Last Friday I sold the last of my AOL (at $161) due to valuation concerns...I prefer to own younger internet plays with much more upside....I also have recently built a nice position in a pioneer in the new ADSL movement (AWRE) -- late today I bought this stock for the 2nd time. My current long term holdings are configured as follows (as of today's market close):

DELL 33%
CMGI 23%
AWRE 15%
MCNS 13%
MSGI 9%
XNET 7%

I still am a BIG believer in DELL and its future. Yet, DELL is much more mature than when I first bought it....I will continue to follow DELL closely and keep it as a core position in my LONG TERM portfolio.

Good Luck Investing Everyone.

Best Regards,

Scott
