Hi MM - I've installed several new versions of Netscape as they came along, and the basic settings are carried over--I use the Gold version and think I might have had to redefine default publish location, or details like that. I guess you'd be fine if you reinstalled from scratch, and then removed the previous version (I'm assuming you're using Win95). Kailash
