I wanted my broker to keep most of the money safe. Hell, I've got 7 more years before SS and Medicare. That's the scarey part. So I sit here all day to earn our spending money. Believe me, we do spend it. We've got a small motorhome, took 13 trips last year from 2-6 days each. That was before I learned about the markets from these boards and from my sister. Now I've told my husband he'll have to take the trips alone while I stay here to make the money to pay for the trips. (ggg). He'd never stand for that. One of these days, I'll go to cash and start tripping around.

I'm doing this on a laptop, P166, but am looking to get a big computer built soon. I'm going over to Dawg's other board COMPUTER LEARNING to see what I should buy. Here in Western Kentucky, we have two choices for ISPs. POOR and POORER. I used POOR until they went down for a week, switched to POORER and they are even worse. So even with a P450, it will still be slow going on the internet.

To Dawg: We went right thru Gadsden last year. But I didn't know you then. Beautiful area there in Alabama.

Has SI been slow for anyone today. I never saw any mention of it but I could barely read the messages today. First time that's happened to me with SI.
