you must be joking, getting takeover rumors from the internet. beside insider sold stock in late March--thus they could not be in talks in late march, insiders can not buy or sell stock when your company is in any kind of takeover talks. If the company was about to be sold why would the CFO, IR person, the VP of sales for new york leave the company. Don't they want to get rich on a take-over?
