Good afternoon, Hutch.
1] Our Disclosure Statement was submitted for approval to the appropriate exchanges. That includes disclosing we may or may not own stock in VNE at any time. If you think IR owning shares in the company they represent is a conflict of interest, you should review the rules and reg's of every exchange in North America.
2] You chose to ignore:
"AGORA INTERNET RELATIONS CORP does not participate in the maintenance of an orderly market in their client's securities, nor is required, or receives an incentive for, the maintenance or achievement of a price or trading volume for their client's securities at a certain level, for a specified period of time or by a certain date"
Thus, we are not and can not be promoters.
3] Mr. Stromberg makes extreme and absolute negative commentary with respect to VNE i.e. "VNE is going bankrupt". THAT is why we challenge him to go short and post it. Your request that we do the same would only apply if we used extreme and absolute POSITIVE commentary with respect to VNE i.e. "VNE will be a $100 stock".
The fact we like VNE's prospects to succeed and have confidence in their management is hardly an absolute and no different from the average positive investor.
4] Self-interested? Absoloutely. Almost every investor on this thread is self-interested, which is why they post according to their interests. Long investors tend to post positive news and short investors tend to post negative news. We are long and that is obvious.
However, we don't come here and post "VNE is going to become the next Yahoo and we want all those small investors to buy VNE and become very rich. Oh, by the way, we don't own any stock but we do want you to become rich because we are here to look out for you."
5] Your questions are precisely the type that can not be answered by any company due to securities regulations. Do you expect VNE to tell you in advance of any other deals? For now, eMerge is the company's biggest deal. If and when another one is announced, we will all find out about it at the same time - by press release.
Finally, with respect to "name dropping", you suppose it would be more prudent for VNE to mention "Citibank" as little as possible? Yes, this now makes sense. Allign yourselves with major corporations but mention it only when required. On the other hand, the fact that every company in the world engages in the same practice is of no significance.
We respectfully disagree with your conclusions but respect and appreciate your right to make them.
Regards, AGORA Internet Relations Corp.
