BELGRADE, Yugoslavia (April 12) - A new wave of NATO attacks Monday targeted fuel depots and heavy industry, and an allied hit turned a Yugoslav passenger train into a heap of burning wreckage, killing at least nine people and injuring 16. Bombing civilians to save civilians? I don't want any part of it. The money for the refugee debocle Clinton created is coming from relief funds that were earmarked for Central America to help victims of Hurricane Mitch which destroyed 60% of roadway infrastructure in Honduras alone and killed more people than Mr. M. from Yugoslav. Nice going Clinton.
