Obviously there are some real problems and issues in the company or the stock price wouldn't be so depressed.

However, I do know that a growing company is a very dynamic animal and some personnel changes may occur as it evolves. Maybe the cfo was the right person for the company at a certain size, but didn't fit as the company grows. Look at Cisco's founders...they were ousted by new management and sold their stock at really really low levels compared to where it is today. The skill set required for people to take a company from point a to point b is dramatically different from what it takes to take a company from point b to point c. As far as the selling, if someone is "invited" to leave, or if someone will be hired above them, emotionally they may want to get out and just sell any holdings in the company.

OMKT seems to be in the midst of a transition and personnel changes may help get it on the right track to increase its position in the marketplace (which is still #1). If customers were leaving in addition to these changes I would be concerned. Otherwise, I think these changes are priced into the stock right now.

I still feel great about my position in OMKT...in fact I increased it today.
