jjs64, answers to your questions on ZSUN...

I had the opportunity to talk to ZSUN I/R firm today and broached some of your questions. Here are the answers, as I understood them:

When you say "used ZSUN's offices" exactly what does that mean? Did they rent space from ZSUN? Were they the former tenants in that space? What EXACTLY is the relationship?

ZSUN supplied AOL with what can best be described as a "wet Lease", meaning the office space, the equipment and the work force. When AOL eventually outgrew the premises, they move to offices of their own.

As for fine management teams, do tell us more about Treasurer Jennifer McMinn-Cragun, and her experience at other companies?

Jennifer is no longer involved with the Company as a Secretary/Treasurer and the record will be amended to reflect the change in due course.

Tell us about Lynn Briggs, and his experience? Whom did Anthony Tobin replace as CEO? Why does the State of Nevada not recognize Tobin as CEO? (The ONLY legal document available shows that Tobin is not running ZSUN)

Lynn is no longer the CEO or President, Mr Tobin is. As above, any records will be amended in due course. In addition, I am told to expect a news release in the near future on related matters.

Actually, as a shareholder/part owner of ZSUN, I am as interested as you are in finding out the answers, hence my taking the time to do so. The difference, of course, is that I have faith in the Company and could have waited until the press release.

The more I look into ZSUN, the more I appreciate and trust the management. I think its Business Plan is nothing short of brilliant. The Training Company that has been dismissed so lightly is going to be a profit generating power house that will cross feed throughout the entire group of Web sites. When training operations move to Europe and Asia, supported by the various divisions, we will see some pretty amazing cash flow, that may make me revise my EPS and share valuation upward again. What is more natural for trainees who have just graduated, than start trading with Swiftrade?

If you are open minded about it, you may eventually come to the same conclusion: there is nothing sinister about ZSUN but there is a lot of pent up potential that's going to unwind over a short period.

F. Goelo + + +
