Hi all, I have made a couple of calls, 1 to the MM and 1 to the company. The MM told me that Microtel is holding a couple of press releases about addendums to contracts, but will not release them at the present time because of the stock price. I was given the impression that they are holding press releases until the stock price is close to $1. They would then release to propel the stock above $1, making the nasdaq requirements for continued listing.

Here is my interpretation of all of this. (This is MY interpretation only and is not based on any fact, only my opinion).

1. If the stock price is not close to $1 in May the company would consider a reverse split OR they are holding several positive press releases to put out all at once to see if they can affect the price of the stock.

2. The company considers the value of this stock WAY under valued and is very frustrated at the recent activity.

I guess we will see if any of my opinions hold any water if press releases start hitting the street routinely (say...every 2 to 4 days like they did in the past to drive the price to $1.06).

Best of Luck to all of you.

Steve
