you seem like a very nice person, but their is no evidance they are building an annuity or anything else, no deffered revs, no increased backlog no nothing will the markets growing, only rats jumping off the ship. if they are building an annuity would sales people, and top officers leave? wouldn't they want to get rich of that annuity?
