We should go back and look at the past 10-15 years and find the average duration for these Spring tech rallies. I think they usually last between 5 to 8 weeks. A lot depends upon how long and high the rally has extended itself prior to the Spring rally. You could be right - the rally started early and should finish early - but the end of April may be too soon, IMO. I think it will drop and try again before it finally heads south for a few months.
