I don't believe in the glut, Caxton. If MSFT can write code bloated enough to fill a 4 GB hard drive with nothing but programs, than I have the utmost confidence in our collective ability to come up with streaming video and other bandwidth cloggers to fill up whatever pipes are available. I also believe that the next gen telcos will adhere to a strategy of only lighting up enough fiber to meet existing or near term demand -- it would be too expensive for them to get significantly ahead of the demand curve. Opposing views welcome...
