1. You know nothing of Chiapas. I do, and have made no judgements here - partly because there are no informed persons with whom to discuss it, partly because i know enough to recognise that the common packaged phrases are insufficient to explain the situation, but largely because it is irrelevant on the Aber thread. 2. I 'spoke out against', as you put it, nothing of the sort. I did, however, point out that government and court decisions will affect investment allocation decisions, which are btw the point of our discussions here - you are posting to SI, not the NDP Let's Pat Each Others' Backs page. 3. You jumped on Lorne. Period. 4. Mexicanos are natives - cheme.cornell.edu - and are, as i mentioned, proud of being natives. 5-7. [sorry, short of time] Stuff it, pal - anybody's welcome to go back through the posts to see how you in your ignorance lost your cool and started demonising others. And it's 'derechos humanos', btw - 'humanos' being a rather more extensive and diverse class than you allow for. 8. I have indeed voted with my feet on Aber, and the environmental lobby hurdles it faces were a factor, along with the fiasco abz made with their handling of the Camsell JV. I've spent about half of the cash i had set aside for abz on suf, which while currently having its major assets in the horror show that is Africa, is imho better managed and much more undervalued. Check current suf cash flow, compare with abz. Probably will put the other half into suf as well. Well, as soon as i take it out of jdx.
Got to go now. To you the Trudeau salute. To all reasonable SIers, cheers |
