It seems likely that the cut-off date for the L-O-C extension coming prior to the June 30 earliest convertible buy back was done specifically to say "don't straighten out your equity risk with our revolver money."

If it weren't for that, IMHO the whole line of credit would have been increased, not just seasonally.
