Please try to discover, and then explain to me, why SE is in the systems management business at all.

Please explain to me why SE does not already have a next generation XML system, so good that MSFT would not even consider getting into this area as they unfortunately (sensing such weakness) said they would.

Please explain to me why SE stock is lower today than 3 years ago, given their "11 straight quarters of 30% or better growth".

Please explain to me how I got conned on this one as I still can't figure it out.
