Question: When NAVR announced its S1 filing it spiked briefly first thing in the a.m. and then proceeded to tank. KLOC has been acting much stronger than NAVR was prior to its filing. Will KLOC drop off now, giving me a second chance to get back into the game (I guessed wrong and sold at 10 7/8, just at the beginning of the current upsurge, wrongly expecting to be able to get back in under 10) or will the current strength continue? Any guesses? #B~}>
