Believe PEP has their work cut out for them... My thought is that PEP is still a great growth company as Coke has a lot to lose if Pepsi can get in there and fight for increased sales... Spinning off KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut should be nothing but a plus for the beverage business... It is a smart move to keep the chip business (Frito) with the beverage company.. Think people like those white corn chips better than a greasy potatoe chip... I work in a business that deals with the white corn chips and the growth rate is around 10%...

I might need to buy some more PEP shares!
