CEO confirmation email...more positive, but a slight disclaimer at the end ;-) I think we'll be OK though... Hi Todd - Apologise for not replying sooner. Have been traveling. The 10-Q for September and 10-Q for December are now complete and in for review with the accountants. They should be handing over the information to our lawyers on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. The lawyers will organize the filing on Thursday. Once filed, the symbol should revert to what it used to be. I do not anticipate any problems, however the accountants and lawyers may raise issues that I am unaware of. Remember, even though we have until the 28th of April, I want everything corrected this week. Regards Stuart
