Daniel,

Guys, if you have any questions/doubts call the company yourself.
Perhaps you misunderstood what I was asking. I thought that you might want to clarify some statements that you made that appear to contradict each other.

In a post three weeks ago you said: ABFG did not come into being through a Reverse merger either. It was a private company which bought the symbol. #reply-8356536

In a post this morning you said The reason is because they bought the corporation from someone. #reply-8847005

Do you see why I might think that these two statements are contradictory? In the first post, you are saying that they just bought a symbol, while in the second post you are saying that they bought a corporation. In the first post, you are saying there was no reverse merger, but in the second post, you are saying that they bought a corporation, which is what a reverse merger is.

Merger transactions provide private companies a vehicle to reorganize as a public company by means of a reverse merger into, or acquisition by, an already existing public company. ... When this transaction is complete, principal shareholders of the private company will control the reorganized public company.

Am I missing something here - why the apparent contradiction? Who told you that there was no reverse merger, that they had just bought a symbol? What made you change your mind? I don't think that these are questions that can be answered by calling the company.

Regards,
John Sladek
