Same failures happened to aol! Aol had similar problems when it began conducting business. Service was down occasionaly due to high usage. I don't think that you can argue that increased interest is a negative thing for athm. It is true that in the end execution is what counts. But, with new industries patients is a virtue that will be rewarded in the end.
