Is Pico Holdings the next WCAP? PICO owns ~50% of PC Quote(PQT) Market cap. of PICO ~$155 million Value of their PQT shares ~$110 million and growing Book value~$20/share but intrinsic value well above that(PQT is in their books at <$2.00/share)
