VNGD does need cash to run their business. I haven't seen the proxy for the increased number of shares yet. The last I heard they were going to receive some more cash from H & Q who owns a significant portion of VNGD. This will dilute the shares. This is a risky stock but H & Q seems determined to make VNGD work. High fuel prices are killing them and I would not expect them to break even until the prices drop.
