Sprarky--I have no idea why their executives resigned. Their stated reason was in one case to form his own company in others because of better opportunity. Who knows what the REAL reason is. As to First Call, I dont understand your logic. .56cents per share is WAY DOWN from past earnings. The company has always traded in the 8-11 P/E ratio so long as I have followed it. Where are you coming up with this 20? As to the Debt it resulted from one transaction. The purchase of a defunct German Company. The German government underwrote the purchase by lending the money to BOCI at favorable terms (I believe 4 1/2% interest for example) My feeling is that if it was such a good deal why would anyone have to offer INCENTIVES to purchase? As to their cash position WHO KNOWS they are currently LATE on their financials which were supposed to be out two weeks ago. In summary, I'm not happy but because I'm in so high and the stock is so low I feel I have no choice but to wait and see if they actually know what they are doing. jdn
