I prefer the whole truth. What we have seen posted here have been snippets. However, that is they way transcripts always appear, due to formalities and the like. Quiel was extremely poor. The question lingering in most minds at this time must be: If Mike made a deal and wasn't paid, that is his problem. Therefore he should seek other recourse. That being said, from the peoples view they wonder what unorthodox trading went on with the company and obvious scum? We will see. The doors haven't shut and so there is more to see. This is just a hearing for an injunction that has somehow a very wide scope at this point. I believe the widening of the scope was do to very poor performance by the appellants witnesses. You don't turn rocks if you are concerned what is beneath them. Should be interesting. I have always found court can have interesting twists and you can never bet for a sure thing either way. TG
