Sun "is" a network computing company. Let's not forget the whole concept of network computing belongs to Sun. If this was an IP world (Sun's) you wouldn't need a multiprotocol router, and there wouldnn't be a Bay or Cisco.

Also consider Cisco grows at at least 2X the rate of Sun. so who is the acquisitor in this scenario in any time frame of significance? Cisco builds network infrastructure and Sun builds application platforms of network computing. There is nothing gained by a Sunsco or Ciscun in my view.
