Scott, re: It is tough to regain credibility and re-invent a flawed business model Especially for a company the size of Compaq in the high-tech industry. I think that DEC acquisition is going to be like cancer for them until they start laying people off and cutting costs like crazy - much like DEC did every six months or so. Rich
