Here's a 'win-win' situation for you: Order the transcripts.

You've said publicly, a long time ago, that your sister is a lawyer. Get her opinion after you receive the transcripts. I know from your comments 'over there', that you don't have them yet. Simply get them—they're available to anyone. Consider it a cost of return. With a few hundred bux, you'll either discover (for your thousands you have in AZNT) that you should stay in, or get out.

You are correct that it *is* a money issue. And what will happen is that either the judge awards money to AZNT or he doesn't. But there won't be a short-squeeze—a 'share issue' doesn't exist despite all the things Spider says, which have never come true (can you actually think of any?). Don't want to fight any longer. See you later, 'over there'.

If none of that makes sense, send a six-pack of Sierra Nevada to someone we both agree is neutral, and I'll send your favourite beer to the same person. By Christmas, one of us will have a nice holiday present. (uhhh, can we trust her to not drink both our beers?) <g>
