Bill,

Jermoluk and Lauer have left SGI at least two years ago. I know you're upset, but the present management team (Belluzzo, Gomo, Watson) **has** been trying to turn it around. Just because they haven't succeeded so far doesn't mean that they want to enrich themselves at the expense of shareholders. That's a cheap shot on your part...
