Besides BKS, the other imminent BD-IPO is Navarre (NAVR). They are a music, video, CD, DVD, and software distributor. S1 filed on 3/3/99 to spin off NetRadio.com, an audio streaming website (hence netradio) offering hundreds of advertisement supported broadcasts with click-to-buy CD option.
The other is IDTC. They are a domestic and international IP telephony long distance phone service provider. Their Net2Phone subsidiary has yet to formally file the S1. N2P has client app distribution agreement with Yahoo, Netscape, GeoCities, IBM, etc. Internet powerhouse, SoftBank, is close to taking a stake in N2P before its IPO filing.
There are numerous other BDIPOs coming down the pipeline...
