Isn't that inside information? Why would Cramer admit to having inside information? Do you think he would say a company was about to get bought out if he knew it? I don't think so...sell on that rumor and you will miss a tremendous run in this stock. I think he's short and is shitting bricks on that bullish CNBC report.

If NBC really was to buy XMCM through CNET, and the ink was drying, what better way to drive even more people to your prospective acquisition than a big expose on CNBC! I've rarely seen CNBC knock themselves out to benefit a web community. Let's see, the ninth most visited place on the web trading at a fraction of its peers...what does that mean? O.K. Cramer, I'm going to sell my shares at the open because you learned there is no deal...WAAAAAHHHHAAAAAHHHHAAAAA!!!!!!
