o if WGAT went to $100/share in the next 90 days, then the value for Winfield Capital would be $9.3 mil or
$4/share which they may announce as their "per share profit" for the quarter.

Scott, no and no. There are 5.02 million shares outstanding, 5.72 million WCAP shares fully diluted. Earnings/losses are reported based on fully diluted and basic number of shares. If WGAT closes at $100 on 9/30/99, then WCAP will report an unrealized gain attributed to WGAT of ($1.13 minus its cost) per share for the quarter ended 9/30. Nothing will be recorded for the quarter ended 6/30. I'll go into details tomorrow. Right now I have to finish my 1040. You can begin to see why WCAP must report a loss of $1.50 for the quarter just ended. Hint: Check prices of COOL on 12/31/98 and 3/31/99.

Regards,

Tom
