Well Zak

I base my statement on the following

1. time is running out and tv manufacturers have to decide who they are going to go with or go it alone.

2. A LOI in JApan has alot more substance an credibility than other places in the world. Therefore I believe that SHARP will sign very soon.

3. Nichimen is negotiating on behalf of Tri-vision. Nichimen knows more about the tv industry and v-chips than all of us put together and they have decided to go with TVL. So will I.

4. I talked to Mr. Siddiqui a couple of times and in conclusion I feel that deals will happen.

5. TVL makes the superior product by far. The superior product will prevail especially when the FCC announces soon that there will be some changes to the rating system.

6. World Wide Rights

7. 100 % confidence in their patented technology.

TVL HAS THE SUPERIOR PRODUCT AND THEY WILL PREVAIL VERY SOON

Best to all

Doug
