Insiders hold less than 20%. Not enough to stop an aggressive takeover. However, I would not count on it without insider co-operation. Do you notice how fast the shorts come out of the woodwork whenever the stock starts a move to the upside? "MRVC is the same old same old" when are they going to tire of that nonsense? The boys are doing many good things with the company now. New products, new affiliations and are learning the importance of spreading the word. And the word is BUY. If the shorts get nervous enough you could see 20 real fast. For the shorts, read the fool board. You will see MRVC is still no good, Management is no good, products are no good, they don't know how to run a company, never will. Those words are all depressing when the stock is going down but they are laughable now. Waiting for thursday. Benny
