M Cahill: If you want great long term growth, the deal is excellent for TMCS. Having said that, I also with the deal would fall through. I am a short term investor on stocks like TMCS. I have long term cash in MSFT, FNM, PEP. TMCS is none of them. However, the downside is very limited for TMCS. USAI and LCOS can bring it fortune unfounded for most other internet stocks. But it comes at a selling discount. If you want immediate results, then it is indeed best if there is no near term deal, if TMCS stock shoots up over the next several months, and then if some other heavy hitter, who is not cheap like Diller, decides to get into the action.
