Here's an ABC on stock manipulation I found on another thread--it's a bit
simplistic, and doesn't consider shorts, but it makes a good point:
professionals who hype stocks are not out to make you rich. If the stock
were as good as they say, they'd shut up and increase their own
positions--what they need you for is what the article calls "distripution of
paper". It also mentions the information vacuum after the peak, when MMs
want the stock to drop, which seems to me is exactly where we are now.

The fact that we're not getting a runup before the stockholders' meeting also
seems bearish to me.<<<

That is a fairly accurate assessment. Also, what we have now is a tremendous amount of overhead supply - and when that supply hits the market there is only one way ZITL is headed. Those faulty rallies into the 40's only lured investors into being stuck at higher prices. It's only a matter of time before it all becomes painfully obvious.

To illustrate my point, how many of you expected a run-up before the shareholders meeting? How many of you are hoping for some good news? "Hope" and "expectations" only lead to losses for the average investor.
