I finally asked my niece, now with a big law firm but still nobody there could do the job so she gave me a reference nearby. A retired district director of the IRS who now practices with their law firm in Okla City (3 hours from here) and am very happy with that selection. I believe an accounting firm could find the person you want faster than an attorney firm. Good luck Sig
