I agree. In retrospect, the smartest thing that Glaser has done (and many castigated him for it at the time) was to testify in the Senate against Microsoft. It helped set up the streaming media play as MSFT against the world--and the world was represented by RNWK. Ever since then, each of the big bumps in RNWK's stock has been associated with another relationship that cements RNWK's position as the anti-Microsoft in streaming media--think back to the AOL, Sun, @Home, Excite and now the IBM deals. BCST is an important aggregator of content, but RNWK owns the best technology. BCST would be dumb to go with MSFT as a primary partner, IMO. (But then Cuban is no Glaser, either...)
