Its a little late at night for me to be reading this kind of stuff...but correct me if I'm wrong...please. I think that the Preferred Shares transaction refers to the convertable shares that went to Allen. That the shares that are offered in the other filing are from Web21 original owners and are being used to set up a stock option plan for employees. That is all I could squeeze out of these filings. It would help if they were in English! LOL
