Arthur: Good to hear from you....Yet, I have tremendous FAITH IN DELL's MANAGEMENT...You said..<<When it comes to bidding for huge contracts in the future---watch IBM vs Dell.>>....I agree but DELL is taking share from IBM in the corporate desktop PC and server business....now DELL will borrow IBM's technology and BTO and market enterprise products (high end servers and storage)...If I were IBM, I might want to watch out <GG> ....IMO, a coming battle to watch is DELL vs. EMC -- and it will be a BIG one....I choose to bet on DELL as my storage play....DELL is quietly ramping up in this lucrative and growing market...DELL accesses cutting edge technology from NTAP and now from IBM (and soon will add a new service component)...NO ONE can compete with DELL on cost, quality and customer service....IMHO, in the next 2-3 years DELL will become a powerhouse in the marketplace for storage products around the world....IBM should embrace co-opetition in a bigger way and ride the wave -- they are better off as a component supplier, lisencing R & D, and leading the Global IT Services Field...I feel that MSD, Mort, and Kevin Rollins know where they want to go and I have faith in them finding a way to get us there.... GREAT days are ahead for DELL shareholders.....I feel sorry for the competition..!!

Just My Monday Evening Thoughts...

Best Regards,

Scott
