Ken - Bruce "Honest Abe" McConnell is a competent choice to head this effort. Detail-oriented and well respected within OMB. His picture was in ComputerWorld... he does look remarkably like Abe Lincoln. My question though, does he believe these fantasy numbers (92% compliant...riiiiiight!!) the government is putting out? - David
