Tom,

I have calculated the potential loss to be reported this quarter
by WCAP. There may be a small downside risk.. but I think most people will forget about it when they figure out:

1. There will be a 2 for 1 Stock Split... worth 15 to 20 points upside.

2. The Rowe IPO valuation will not be reported in the 3/31 Quarter, but we know it will appear in the 9/30/99 Quarter.

3. The strength of the WGATE, MPATH and Juno IPOs will electrify the public and will cause the stock to gain strength.

4. Daytraders now have the stock, and they have a tendency to drive the price up no matter what the news is on the stock..

5. A lot of Mutual Funds can now invest in WCAP because the market Capitalization is now above $250 Million.... a significant element in driving the price higher.

I believe you are in a tenuous situation by shorting the stock.. but you sound like the type who would short AMZN and YHOO against all odds.. You can buy back my shares at or near 90.. and drive the price higher.. WCAP will see 200 before it ever sees 20 again..
