There is virtually no PC business among LSI's six divisions. The Computer Division to which you refer, relects LSI's providing chips to large servers and large computers-- not PCs. The only area that might pertain to the PC is the Storage Component Division, which is doing I/O chip work for Intel's Xeon chips that go into small servers. Other than that there is no PC business that I know of. Thus, to suggest that 17% of LSI's business is PC related is flat out wrong and a gross mischaracterization of LSI's business model.

The only interesting point about these posts is the fact that LSI's business model continues to be grossly misunderstood.

PS. LSI isn't in the DRAM business either--although a joint embedded DRAM project with Micron is a possibility.
