the SEC be the judge of that. IMO, The Dump has not taken place because the Pump did not really work, so that part of the equation is actually irrelevant at this point. The Company pays RAM Capital to promote its stock. RAM, in turn, pays Analyst Group, which could presumably explain the additional 144 filing. Then Analyst Group issues a statement that, IMO, is misleading. Someone appears very desirous of seeing DCHT's stock rise, to say the least.

On the other hand, perhaps DCHT doesn't know anything about it and RAM did that on its own, who knows? Anyway, if anybody remembers the telltale signs of a certain operation that attracted the SEC's attention, called Future Super Stock, take a look at Analyst Group Web site and you may, IMO, see some interesting parallels. On the other hand, they may be acting in good faith, using facts and figures supplied by RAM Capital.

Does it make DCHT smell any better??
