stockman: would you mind checking this with rudedog? I seem to remember very clear evidence that cpq has an extremely long lead, in so far as their relationship position with intc---compared to dell. Again, I am sorry to be picking on your logic tonight, but I remember lengthy and accurate posts to the opposite of what you are presenting. Dell will not forward order like cpq. I can not give you the post numbers, but the material is extremely clear in my mind. As I say, I believe it came from rudedog. Jim Kelly probably also has it. I would not bring this up if I didn't think your points were minor points. I am not trying to introduce static here, but feel this relationship should be accurately understood.
