Nice job Doug! Here is a follow up on my post #2475 (4/4/99). On April 4th Amazon had 1746 active auctions in the four sites studied, to eBay's 27252 auctions. Here is the count of the same sites as of April 12th. Amazon 4/4..................4/12 Disney 1012.................481 Barbie 406.................217 Furby 512.................194 Monroe 116..................89 Totals 1746.................981 The above numbers reflect a 44% decrease in auction activity in just 8 days for Amazon! I know this is a small sample however it seems to be in concert with your numbers. Now on the plus side for Amazon: On April 4th, 83 items were listed under PEZ, on April 12th the count went all the way to 112. (eBay currently has over 2000 Pez items listed!) You know which horse my $$ is riding on...:-) Bud
