A delay assumes that Zacks had the correct release date and I don;t know where Zacks got its information from. But even if it is a delay, a person cannot automatically assume its becuase of impending bad news . The bad news that slammed this stock came in a couple of weeks ago and even if there is further bad news, it would have to be utterly horrible to drive it down any farther -- Wall Street has priced in a really bad scenerio (read very likely over reacted) so if the company takes time to put a positive spin which is what I hope they are doing, then even with downside earnings, the stock could fly up to its pre-drop days (read 13 - 26). Brokers have maintained a strong buy on this issue, so I would suggest that getting it below 10 is probably a steal. I have a large position at the beaten down price and admit, I am taking a risk, but I think its one with a big upside potential in the near term (See Borland which I bought last week at 6.25 and now its at 8 5/8)
