KZAP, if TNRG was priced at just the current revenues of just the physical mall it would be a $2.00 stock. Add in the basketball team and other hefty assets and it's a no brainer IMHO. This does not even include the free TIPS shares, regardless of their current price. Also I regularly order products from Europe and I have never had a problem. Just call them up or hit their web site and the stuff comes right to my door or post office. Piece of cake! IC
