Bill, as I posted, I have no interest of the past in regards to what
caused the ipmcf shareholders to be cheated/scam'ed/con'ed/lied and
without any doubt, severely misrepresented by management to work for
the benefit of the shareholders interest.

Who these past IPM company employees were, and what they did, and what
they are presently doing, I do not care. If you wish to take your task
of exposing this scam to the next level, then do some simple investigation
into where these past IPM employees are now presently employed. You may
discover that they have continued in their ways, as you have labeled them.
If so, then you will have an opportunity to do community service of sort,
like identification of people that abuse their trust given to them by others.

If you do not have a list of names of prior IPM employees thru an old listing,
then notify me as such since I copied it from the IPM Web Site and pasted it
into an ipmcf thread post last year. I will locate the post number for you
if you will take the time to expose these persons in the present time.

I have no problem with you saying IPM was and is and will always be a scam.
But few listeners care to hear this, as those who brought and sold at a lost
are gone. Others that hoped for a Maxam merger had anger replaced with hope
for a recovery, and now are in shock that at the last minute it was cancelled
by Maxam.

You can continue to say <<Black rock is worthless barren rock.>>, but those
that hold ipmcf shares have deaf ears to that statement. Presently it has
not been proven either way. You have no proof of nonexistence of precious
metals in the Black Rock dirt. You do have confirmation of that which you
and others predicted, that IPM, the company, would take shareholders money
and return worthless shareholder value.

As for your following comments:

<< nothing will bring IPM to life. Black Rock is worthless barren rock.
Believe me there is nada in dat rock. Make me a liar...get a sample and
assay it. Forget these fakers who call themselves assayers >>

If <<Black Rock is worthless barren rock>>, then all ipmcf shares brought
and never sold, are indeed worthless, and End Of Story.

But it seems that you will never rest until this is proven as a fact to all,
with the additional conditions that no one will be allowed to put forth this
Black Rock dirt as another "yes we can do it this time".

If this is your wish, then so be it, and noone can stop you.

As for me, I will wait and see who get Black Rock, and follow events to see
if precious metals are obtained.

My recent past posts on how I feel, are as follows:

Message 8848604
Message 8848654
Message 8867309

I do notice one thing,
some threaders have recently posted on this thread "me not worried",
and they all have a large position in Maxam,
and with Maxam on the verge of success,
their lost in their ipmcf position will not be noticed,
and Maxam might even get Black Rock, by default or an indirection,
and so be it,
but my position in Maxam is small and only done with left over money
after buying more ipmcf shares, last year,
so to me, Maxam is no concern of mine,
unless it enters Black Rock and finds riches,
riches, in spirit, fully payed for by ipmcf shareholders,
and if any of these shareholders have positions in Maxam,
and Maxam gets Black Rock, meaning ipmcf shareholders do not,
and then Maxam touches the dirt and gets burned,
then I say now, sorry, just as Maxam said it to me,
where my sorry is not from me as a person,
but transfered to me from Maxam,
and I will transfer it back to Maxam Company.
