An injured bear is a dangerous bear... I don't think that Herb will play fair. I know for a fact that he has interviewed CUBE bulls before and only used quotes to support his position. The rest of the discusion about Cube's other markets were left out. I think it would be very dangerous and unwise to get into this debate in Herb's column. If somebody decides to take the challange then I would urge them to tape the conversation and make it public. Not an edited for CNN/CNBC type deal either the full raw tape.
